Intuitive eating is one of the empowering wonders of the world. Along with intuitive movement. And listening to ourselves. And honoring ourselves. And then learning to practice these same methodologies of patience when we engage with one another. May this year’s Eating Disorders Awareness Week be an opportunity for us all - eating disorder, disordered eating, addiction, trauma survivor or not - to practice profound patience, and act as self-loving role models to the generations to come so that recovery becomes obsolete through our radical movement of prevention.
