Hello all!
Today is the release of “For You,” my first poetry album.
“For You” is a collection of my spoken word poetry with an emphasis on using personal narrative to shed light on social and political issues that effect us all. For all the “Body Empowerment” followers, viewers, and fans out there, two of the tracks include poems about my own experience with and recovery from eating disorders: “Fat” and “How Not To Purge.”
